Natural born eunuch

For those wondering why I have such a tiny micropenis it's because I have a rare genetic disorder called Kallmann's Syndrome. I am essentially a natural born eunuch. My body does not produce testosterone. My testicles do not produce sperm. I am infertile. If I didn't take artificial testosterone I would not appear masculine at all.
