The American revolution 1776.

Here is a change I would have made if I was one of the founding fathers in 1776.The House of Representatives used to be called The House of Commons under UK rule.Uk basically used it as a duma for government infrastructure projects.They were building bridges and roads during that time.As a result 60% of the 13 original colony’s were pro UK rule.I would have kept the house of representatives as a duma for all federally financed government projects.I would have also wrote into law that attorneys could not run for office in the house of representatives.Only project managers and engineers and people who are part of creating infrastructure projects.The congress could be set up oversight committees if the projects are not staying in a set budget.
