Almost everything I do, every setting, limbs even mouth is fidgeting.
impulsivity is causing problems at home and work, regarding money and undesirable actions (taking days off work because feelings of anxiety or boredom) . irritability is causing relationship issues, even the simplest requests, like hugs can instigate.
lack of restraint, or risk taking behaviors
Internal/ brain: difficulty focusing (except video games) , forgetfulness, lack of concentration, problem paying attention, racing thoughts, or short attention span
Mood: anxiety, boredom, excitement, or mood swings
Occasionally problems: depression, sleep deprivation
Because of these ongoing issues, I've lost jobs, destroyed relationships, emotionally hurt people, self harm, neglected responsibilities including parenting.
Damaged property, lost interest in healthy constructive activities resulting in terrible health problems
