My Owership Agreement
This Contract is entered into between
_____________ (“MASTER”)
and
_______________ (“slave”).
Purpose: The contract is for unique, non-contradictory rules of life relationship between the master and slave. This relationship represents a real, real full slavery with forced attitude and sexual servants under conditions corresponding to the historical definition of slavery for slave.
MASTER and slave are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “MASTER and his slave”
Whereas
• MASTER wishes to establish his ownership of the property known as “slave”
• slave wishes to establish protocols to ensure her safety and document the agreed terms
• slave will give herself completely to the MASTER and will obey his instructions, she will be completely dependent on him
• The MASTER will protect and act in the best interests of slave as he sees fit within the terms of this contract
• MASTER and his slave declare are entering this agreement voluntary, fully lucid, aware of their actions and consequences and that they agree with everything written in the document.
• This “contract” demonstrates that a relationship between the MASTER and slave, and has no legal power. Since consensual slavery is not legally binding in any jurisdiction. It is not admissible in court as an agreement.
• MASTER and his slave wish to make sure that their relationship is built on mutual trust
Commencement date
The Contract shall commence on the effective date.
Term of Contract
This Contract shall by lifelong subject to the contract phases and termination clause
Contract Phases
The relation and contract will go through several phases to allow before it reaches its final state.
1. Remote Phase: While slave prepares for her initial training, terminates her current domestic commitments, she will be remote from the MASTER; during this period she will obey the instructions of the MASTER and follow the terms of the contract where practically possible. Master accepts these restrictions but expects the slave to honour her undertaking here.
2. Initial training Phase: The slave agrees that her freedom will be significantly restricted and that she will be subject to intense training and conditioning, slave will be monitored at all times to ensure obedience and for her on protection.
. Permanent Slave Status Phase: After the initial training phases ends, slave will be allowed greater freedom, her movements and actions will be monitored and tracked.
Safe word.
The purpose of a safeword in this agreement is to provide a method for slave to indicate to the MASTER that she is in distress and needs help, and does not indicate a suspension of the agreement.
MASTER agrees that if slave uses the stop safeword/signal, all activity must stop immediately. A safe signal may be used whenever slave is unable to use a safe word.
Safe word for stop is : “PAUSE” Safe signal for stop: “Dropping object held in hand”
Limits:
MASTER will not permit any activity which:
Involves minors or non-human creatures. pets,
conflicts with any existing law,
may cause death or extreme damage to slave's life,
may cause permanent bodily harm to slave,
may injure or cause harm to others.
or any additional activity where agreed by both master and slave.
slave can rightfully refuse to carry out such activities and raise her concern with MASTER without punishment. . If such a condition arises, MASTER and his slave will discuss and MASTER alone will determine an appropriate course of action.
Slave's Role
slave will devote herself completely and totally to the pleasure and desires of MASTER, without hesitation or consideration of herself. The slave also agrees that, once entered, into the Slavery Contract, their body belongs to their master, to be used as seen fit, within the terms of the contract defined herein.
slave will provide duties as the master requires and provided they do not conflict with the terms of this agreement including domestic servitude and sexual servitude,
slave agrees to obey MASTER in all respects. her mind, body, heart and time belong to him. The slave accepts the responsibility of using her safeword when necessary, and trusts implicitly in MASTER to respect the use of that safeword. If a condition arises in which slave needs to use the safeword or gesture, MASTER will assess the situation, and determine an appropriate course of action.
slave shall keep her body available for the use of MASTER at all times. In addition, slave agrees that MASTER possesses the right to determine whether others can use her body and what use they may put it to. The slave shall demonstrate her acceptance of her role of service and availability at all times.
slave acknowledges that MASTER may use her body or mind in any manner He wishes within the parameters of safety.
He may hurt her without reason to please Himself. The slave enjoys the right to cry, scream or beg, but accepts the fact that these heartfelt expressions will not affect her treatment. Further, she accepts that if MASTER tires of her noise, He may gag her or take other actions to silence her.
slave will answer any questions put to her honestly and directly, and will volunteer any information MASTER should know about her physical or emotional condition. While MASTER expects His slave to speak honestly and forth rightly about anything that bothers her, she will phrase her concerns politely and respectfully, and then gracefully accept
MASTER'S judgment in these matters without further complaint.
slave will always speak of MASTER in terms of love and respect. She will address him at all times as "MASTER"
slave agrees that severe punishment may be assessed for any infraction of the letter or spirit of this contract, and will accept her disciplining gratefully. The form and extent of the punishment shall be at the MASTER'S pleasure, and the MASTER shall make it clear to slave that she is being punished when punishment occurs. :
MASTER's Role
MASTER agrees to care for slave, to arrange for the safety and well-being of slave, as long as he owns slave. The master also accepts the commitment to treat slave properly, to train slave, punish slave, love slave, and use slave as they see fit.
MASTER agrees to take care of and provide suitable dry, safe,, comfortable accommodation, healthy nutrition, and be responsible for slave’s emotional and physical well being.
The MASTER may give slave "opportunities to express herself openly and freely. There will be no punishments. It is understood, however, that slave will continue to address MASTER with respect and love at all times and that deviations from this rule are subject to punishment at a later time.
The master shall have the following responsibilities:
To provide a safe environment for slave;
Ensure that the all commands are within the limits
To provide slave with training to adequately serve the master;
To ensure slave remain, fit and health and at a suitable body mass
To explain any punishment administered.
Agreed terms
Slave’s best interest and welfare
MASTER will do nothing to slave’s long term determent and always be considering her best interests.
All adjustments to slave’s physical appearance and structure will be reasonable. There will be no disfigurement, including but not limited to removal of teeth, eyes ears, tongue, limps, or additions including but not limited to massive breasts,
MASTER will not induce or instruct slave to commit a criminal act or cause harm to any individual.
Medical,
The MASTER will ensure that slave remains healthy and fit as it in the best interests of both parties that slave is happy, health and well.
• slave will have regular dental checkups,
• any required vaccinations
• periodic haircuts in a style selected by MASTER
• ensure that she gets sufficient and nutrition to remain well
• engages in physical exercise to keep trim and fit
Financial
In recognition that there are circumstances and events which cannot be foresee, or planned for it is agreed that the future/retirement/security must be considered and maintained. TMASTER will ensure that slave is able to provide for herself in her old age. The goal of this is to provide an insurance of slave’s future security. In the event that slave is no longer owned
MASTER must not asset strip slave or sell her in to prostitution and/or leave slave homeless or destitute.
MASTER agrees not to use slave’s name, personal details, credit history to obtain credit, create or transfer debt or obtains loans or commit criminal acts.
MASTER must make provision for slave in his will, so that in the event of his death ensure that slave will be cared for either by release or transfer to a new master.
Work Rules
MASTER acknowledges that slave has existing work and financial arrangements, which cannot be discontinued in the short term and MASTER agrees to provide access and support to enable slave to carry out their obligations.
Accommodation
MASTER will provide and fund slave’s accommodation, slave shall keep the accommodation clean and tidy at all times.
Chastity
slave will be in Chastity 24/7 except __________________________________________________________________. MASTER agrees to remove it before hand;
slave agrees that it be re-fitted as soon as practically possible.
Labeling of property
slave will accept the wearing of a mark indicating MASTERs property
Names/Titles
MASTER will always be referred to as “MASTER” in public and in private. MASTER should have total discretion to call slave any name he chooses
Slaves dress code
The slave will wear whatever is deemed appropriate by MASTER.
Other situations
All rights and privileges not otherwise noted in this contract belong to the MASTER, and He may exercise them as He chooses.
Punishment
The slave agrees to accept any punishment the master decides to inflict.
Punishment of slave is subject to certain rules designed to protect slave from intentional abuse or permanent bodily harm (see Permanent Bodily Harm) Punishment must not incur permanent bodily harm, or the following forms of abuse:
1. Blood may not be drawn at any time.
2. Burning the body
3. Drastic loss of circulation
4. Causing internal bleeding
5. Loss of consciousness
6. Withholding of any necessary materials, i.e. food, water or medical supplies
Permanent Bodily Harm
Since the body of slave now belongs to the master, it is the master's responsibility to protect that body from permanent bodily harm.
Should slave ever come to permanent bodily harm during the course of punishment or in any other slavery-related activity, whether by intention or accident, it will be grounds for immediate termination of this contract, should slave so desire. Permanent bodily harm shall be determined as:
1. broken bones or damage to joints
2. Any damage that involves loss of mobility or function
3. Removal of teeth, limps, eyes, ears
4. Any permanent marks on the skin hole unless freely accepted by slave
5. Any loss of hair, unless freely accepted by slave
5. Any piercing of the flesh which leaves a permanent hole unless freely accepted by slave
6. Any diseases that could result in any of the above results, including STDs
Alteration of Contract
This contract may not be altered, except when both master and slave agree. If the contract is altered, the new contract shall be printed and signed, and then the old contract must be destroyed.
Assignment
This contract must be accepted inherited by any future owners of slave in its entirety failure to do so renders it null and void and makes any relationship non-consensual.
The master may give slave to other masters, these contract terms must be upheld, , the master will inform the new master of the provisions stated herein, and any breach by the new master will be considered a breach by the master as well, subject to all rules stated in this contract.
Termination of Contract
This contract may be terminated by the MASTER at any time, but must abide by welfare clause. slave can terminate the contract with 1 years notice.
Signatures
With my signature below, i agree to accept and obey all preceding rules as well as any rules MASTER may choose to issue at a later date. i gratefully consign by body and soul to MASTER for His pleasure and use for the contract period noted above.
