im tryna build my chest up as much as i can in this next month, how many sets a week is optimal per each head
im thinkin 3 days a week 10-15 sets a day

Dumbbell pullover
Is probably one of the most underrated upper chest exercises
Don’t stretch too far to use your lats and squeeze the dumbbell with your hands

I was wondering why my upper chest wasn’t as good as it was when I was like 19 doing heavy dumbbell pullovers
Then I started doing them again and legit the pump you get at the clavicle is like no other exercise

Maybe because of shoulder rotation. My shoulders also pop during standard pull ups but never during chin ups.
