What to do any advise

So i work with this woman she just turnt 50 but you wouldnt think so, she is short has a nice figure legs and bum. The other day i mention i love a woman in a nice pair of tight trouser/jeans and boots or ankle boots. Since then she has worn jeans and boots nearly everyday and she does look very nice in them. We have a bit of a flirt and banter which is nice but the other day i said i would spank her because she was late for work and she bent over the dest and said go for it, and wow what a bum. Since then i have really seen her in a different way so i said to her that we should go out for a drink or food and invite some other people we work with and she said why do we have to invite anyone else. The only thing is she is married but says she is not 100% happy, its only a drink and food with two people that work together.

Now im thinking does she want some fun does she like me all the signs are there but iv been wrong before. Any advise from you lovely ladies
