Another surgery??

So..in Dec I will be going for a surgery consultation for breast augmentation. They offer either breast implants or fat transfer (Where they take body fat and transfer it to my breasts). I'm still undecided on which one to get, need to hear more info on it all first. There may be a possibility that I am too fat to get the transfer thing but that is mostly my speculation/worry. Figured I'd keep you all over here informed tho, what one would you rather see me get? Obviously I could get way bigger with implants than with the transfer but let me know!
