Removals

So I had a couple of videos removed and as a result 31 other posts are lingering in the "in Conversion" mode and kind of look like there stuck there indefinitely. I am taking a hiatus from posting until these videos reappear, and if they don't I will repost eventually perhaps, but at the moment I am a bit chagrined and will only be browsing others posts. How is it that a removal or two results in this many other posts ending up in the "wait" limbo.
