Still can't upload photos

So who knows when photo uploads will be allowed again? Any one? Anyone. Its been a few months since my last private photo session and what do you know, can't upload right now. And may never be able to again at this rate.

Pisses me off too since these pics were my best work yet. I was able to change my profile photo to one of my new pics so that was cool.

If anyone has an answer to when 'error code '403' will be resolved please let me know. Thanks
