Honest Question. Why we all get so many friend requests from people with zero content and almost no profile information?? What is the net benefit from them besides getting to some locked content. There is a ton of content without ever friending someone especially when they have put such little effort into their profile.

Is this a scam? Are these people getting paid to creep profiles?

I have long held the belief that many of these friend requests are coming from people that get paid by video producers to report the content and get it removed. Why do I think this? Because there have been many times that I break my own rule, (not anymore) about accepting friend requests from people with zero content, and the next thing I know I have 10 videos that have been taken down for various "violations" of the TOS.

Curious about people's thoughts on this.
