Can I Live With You? Femboy Chrissy Needs A Room

Hey! I need a room soon! I have to move in a few months but have nowhere to go. Does anyone here live in San Diego, California? I'll pay some rent, all the way up to $800 a month, and part of the utilities. Or I could pay you in companionship....as your boyfriend or girlfriend. Guys love me! In or out of female clothes. But I do like being treated like a girl. I'd do all the housewife stuff for you and be your fuck toy and cumdump. Or we could just be regular roommates/friends with benefits. I'd need my own room to have some personal space, but if we click, I hope I'll be sleeping with you in your bed every night!

I need to stay in San Diego for my job, though I'll relocate anywhere in California for the right guy and living situation (like rent free, just paid in sex?) I may consider moving to Nevada, Oregon, or Arizona where I have family (my folks are moving to Prescott), but I can't really live any farther than that from the Pacific Coast. I keep my politics to myself, I am open minded and tolerant (duh), and I always try to get along and live in peace. But it would be good if I had my own room in case we ever do have a fight, which happens eventually and inevitably to couples and roommates.
