A community of sexual deviants

I want to create a self governing group of sexually open minded people. It can begin as an online sharing of ideas, posts, stories, comments, and perhaps some pictures. No censorship but if anyone is unruly they can be voted out by the community. We will discuss and converse without judgement and progress to in person meetings. I am a man of means and would consider purchasing land for a sex retreat with maintenance to be paid by visiting members fees.
