Oh me oh my

I fell friday hurt my right knee and leg because i landed on my knee while i was falling i bowled with my boob and chest on my laundry room sink knocking stuff over As I bashed though I ended up screaming on the floor! As usual i settle down figure out how to get up . That was really hard since I usually use that right leg, as I am right handed ! I did get up on it but I really was lucky because the pillow mom got was very thick ! I didn't think it was that bad, so rested with ice on my knee then when to help my friend get to his appointment ! I was wrong it was very bad as i drove it swoll up so bad I was almost crying when i got . I made it worse I should have canceled driving my friend but well I didn't know . I was kinda in shock and only could think i had to do what i said i would! Well today is tuesday I am still messed up but slowly healing !
I been having a falling issues the last 3 months this so far was the worst one! I fell outside on the patio ! I hurt my left knee and made a huge bruise head arm! Then Less then a week later I also fell when I was heading to sit on my bed after a shower i tripped or miss step and i was going down so I grabbed a rolling chair that ended up rolling away and landing me almost totally flat on the floor ! I was lucky though my chair rolled it slowed me down a bit!
