Female Mannequins

Nothing crazy or outrageous, just a simple question.

Why are female mannequins not entirely anatomically correct? I mean male mannequins have a "bulge" to fill out the underwear they model. Why don't females have more detail in their underwear? I love a nice camel toe. Why can't we see that in the lingerie store mannequins? Just curious, that's all. Carry on.
