Messy twist on naked twister (fantasy scenario)

Ive been fantasizing about a senario a lot lately. It would go like this. We would stuff our faces with whatever we wanted. Totally pig out. This isn’t a feeding fantasy but full stomachs would make this senario so much more fun. Then two glasses of water. One would have half a bottle of laxitives. The other has half a bottle of ipecac. This is a syrup designed to induce *****ing. We wouldn’t know which one of us drank which one until something starts erupting out of us. We strip completely naked. And lay out the twister mat. Part way through I start feeling my stomach turn. You start to feel a pressure build up in your lower abdomen.
