Shame on XHamster
Perhaps I'm simply naïve, but I legit did not think that XHamster would disable the ability to upload videos. It's kind of surreal how the site has basically made every function unusable within the span of almost a year. From the stories, to photo galleries to now this: videos.
I legitimately was interested in doing my own cum tributes for the longest time, simply help back from not having the equipment as well as simple nervousness. Though over the course of the year, XHamster has slowly degraded to the point where I found it not worth the hassle. While other sites exist, none of them had the community interaction that this site had.
One thing I'm very disappointed in is that I never got to make a blog post of my favorite fictional girls/waifu, including my beloved Mizuki. While I could still write such a blog post, I am super adamant about having a picture of the girl be displayed alongside my descriptions. I foolishly hoped for the longest time that the photo feature may be reinstated, maybe XH would gain a moderation team for galleries. With the closure of video uploads, I know that's an impossibility.
I have made quite a few lewd friends on this site, many of which have left due to this whole situation which is very heartbreaking. I've requested many hot cum tributes of the girls I adore and it seems as though even that has come to an end.
It truly is saddening that XHamster has essentially thrown it's userbase under the bus. But it is also truly amusing to see XHamster essentially commit Seppuku in it's attempts to keep itself from getting in trouble like the "other site" did. This is despite the "other site" still having a dedicated community despite all the kerfuffle it did while XHamster is on it's way to becoming another MySpace.
