In an appropriate medium at an appropriate pressure and temperature the fission of a nuclear particle losing an electron/neutrino pair can be intervened in as to absorbed the neutrino into a medium before annihilation can occur. the remain electron can absorb via fusion back into the atomic structure. releasing in two steps heat/electricity with the chance of harvesting an anti-particle.
Two or more atomic structures in Flux can absorb each others electron if the distance is within the Bohr radius in a spin/anti-spin interaction.

The existence of electro-magnetic atomic particles in which the proton's positive charge and the electrons negative charge cancel out any electro-magnetic reaction occurring outside the strong nuclear force Bohr radius resulting in chargeless particles which have mass and no charge and thus do not interact with the "known" environment and remain un-observable expect via gravitation.
In my theory "Shaylinium" atoms can be found by determining empty positions of electron mass on the table of nuclides. a point at which proton and electron charge cancel out giving polarity dominance to the neutrons neutral charge. Such placements can be found through out the table of elements/isotopes/nuclides resulting in an ever heavier true neutral atomic structure as they grow in mass.
Shaylinium atoms would interact via differential spin of particles around one another ultimate resulting in a "scaffolding" like cosmic structure along the lines of "Dark Matter" or "Neutral Matter" or "Shaylinium". Shaylinium weaves in and out of matter/anti-matter symmetry acting like a thread binding the multiverse into a single entity.
Shaylinium particles are most likely derived from spin/anti-spin collisions not resulting in damage to the hosts nucleons and does result in an exchange of electron's from one structure to another possibly in a manor which forces an atom to take on more electrons than it should presumable have result in electro magnetic neutrality.

We genetic life forms preform a function in the multiverse similar to that of mRNA and Physical Bodys. We take in information, we converse, we work out the theory, we come up with reliable methods of determining which theory's will work in actuality and which will fail and than we pass it on. Humanity is to a galaxy what RNA is to a Biological Life. The Greater Cluster of Super Bodies in the multiverse is not un like the weaving and winding arteries and nerves of biological life and ultimately adds up to a growing celestial being of sorts. an image of a "deity" if you will.
The growing of the multiverse into a "deity" fills in the ever growing force of Dark Energy and its seemingly endless expansion of eternity. Exploding out of Z0 and growing into god.
