XHamster won't let me post pictures or videos

Hello friends: Xhamster has been giving me the run around with uploading identity documents. Customer service hasn't answered me in two weeks, and this is getting tiring.

I was allowed to send you pictures in chat. They have turned that off too, and I have no idea why.

Me and my guy are getting ready to jump ship to another more user friendly porn site. I will keep you posted here.

Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you to all who asked me to upload videos, and asked for pictures.

Maybe if enough of my friends out there write to cusomer service and complain, that might help get things done.
