Cannot upload new videos

xhamster has started a verified user process to upload new videos. However, I cannot get it to work on as no matter how I set camera settings to record the information, it will not allow xhamster to access my cam. It will for the first step, but the second is facial verification and xhamsters method cannot access my cam then, so I can only complete 1/2 of the process. There is no their method for verification. I suspect I will be leaving xhamster to continue posting other videos on sites where I can be verified.
