HELP guys! I want you to see my GALLERIES

For some reason I have people telling me they can see my videos but NOT my galleries with all the photos!! When I checked my galleries say something like "for owners use only" I try to click on the gallery and edit it so my friends can see but it says only an administrator can change that. Big problem!!! I cannot get any form of support on this site. There is nowhere to go when users have an issue. There is nothing here to help me and I am lost. can anyone guide me in the correct direction so you can start seeing my photos again?
