Being Backstabbed and lied to in a relationship

Just suffered the worse relationship ive ever experienced in my life, what makes it worse its a long distance relationship. Imagine your partner making a promise to you and not to lie or do something behind your back, but breaks that promise then for your then now ex becomes a hypocrite =(
