This video has been re-uploaded three times, but the non-monetization status continues.
I've contacted xHamster several times about this issue.

And here's my reply:

Hello, what's in the center of the screen shot is just a caption. This caption will be transmitted for the last 6 to 7 seconds of the video. Therefore, I would like to inform you that this is not a watermark. In our video, the watermark is all "********/shinen" in the 7 o'clock direction.

There are 3 reasons why those subtitles are not watermarked.

First, the subtitles play the role of ending credits that indicate the end of the video.

Second, the subtitles do not appear in most of the video.

Thirdly, there is no information about the owner (name or internet address) in the subtitle.

Considering the above information, we would like to resolve the misunderstanding of excessive watermarking in this video.



And finally, the text of the email I received:

Hello,

We have no issues posting the videos, however, the watermark/writing DURING the video is considered intrusive and distracts the viewer from the scene.

Please mind that we do not remove the video but post it with no monetization.

Honestly, it was true that the phrase appeared during the 6-7 seconds at the end of this video.


So, I first fade out the video and then fade in the next scene. (Ending scene with Gaussian blur added)
I directed that this video definitely entered the ending. However, this, too, was not monetized.

So, why is this a problem? :

It's been 6 months since I started uploading on xHamster as a model and creator. In the meantime, xHamster is a special business partner that can not be separated from each other.

The situation like now is a serious approaching situation for me. Not being able to monetize, for me, prevents me from uploading any more videos.

And xHamster's clichéd email replies and total unwillingness to accept my opinion make me very frustrated.

It is impossible and I do not wish to discuss this with xHamster.
Because this scene is still an "Excessive watermark" xHamster recognizes.
If you don't think this is truly an "Excessive watermark", please stand by me....

And if you, reading this, are a creator who uses a similar direction to me, this problem may soon become your problem.

I don't mean that rule is wrong. This rule is obviously working the wrong way for me.

I've completely given up on this problem, and I can't see a solution anymore.
