It's a new age

I am in my mid 60s being born before 1960. When I was growing up, gay sex was frowned upon to say the least. You could find someone wanting to give you a blowjob, if you really wanted to. All you had to do was go into a stall in a large shopping mall. There you could find guys willing to service you in the stalls. Or you could at least get a phone number scribbled on the walls. Although I never participated, it was all around me.
Fast forward to now, and I am seeing many men in their 60 s that are actively or semi actively looking for their first man sex. Most of these men were probably like myself. Somewhat curious but due to many circumstances were unable to act upon their curious desire.
Although I have only acted on my desire to try a cock once, which did not go well, this new norm from other men my age has stirred a desire to find someone, who like myself would like a discrete rendezvous. I do not want a relationship, just a discrete friendship.
