Percy was so excited he could barely contain himself. His birthday wish was coming true! He was getting to celebrate his birthday like a real ***********. The frilly girl's party-dress he was now wearing was splendid!
It was a soft pastel-yellow ***********'s traditional fancy party dress. Very, VERY frilly with layers of puffy lace ruffled accents, flared crinoline under-skirting, flowing sheer chiffon sleeves and a shiny white satin sash that fastened with a big beautiful bow in the back. Sheer, shiny white stockings with tiny yellow polka-dots adorned his creamy smooth legs afixed firmly to his tender upper thighs. Little yellow bows decorated the back of the stockings and added such a darling touch!
The panties, though, were something completely breathtaking for Percy. His mommy, Olivia had made sure that the undies were just right for her darling 'daughter.' Ruffled rows of lace white frills decorated the tiny satin rumba-panty. Flurries of warming butterflies floated through Percy's little tummy at the feeling they gave him once his mommy put them on him. "A good girl always loves wearing soft and silky, pretty panties." Olivia instructed with a kiss on his forehead.
Percy blushed and kissed his mommy back, responding,
"I love being a good girl wearing silky, pretty panties, mommy!"
Sitting him down on her vanity table bench, Olivia opened the shoe-box and brought out a pair of gleaming yellow Mary-Jane style shoes. As she slid them onto her son's feet, fastened the buckles across the instep, Percy literally squealed with delight! "Ooohhh, mommy--they are soooo beautiful..." Percy cooed taking in the wonderful sight of his feet in real girl's shoes and shiny, silky stockings.
"I knew you'd like them, doll-baby." Olivia replied. "Now, let's just fix that pretty hair for you and then we'll put polish on your nails. Would you like that?"
Percy loved getting his fingernails painted.
"Oh, yes, mommy, please! That's my favorite!"
After Olivia applied the yellow-sparkle nail-polish to her precious, pretty Percy's fingers, she quickly brushed a little blush to his cheeks cooing playfully: "You are becoming a good, birthday girl now, and your name from now on is 'Princess Penelope!'" Placing a gleaming, bejeweled princess tiara upon his coiffed strawberry hair.
And Percy felt just like a real live Princess! This was the best birthday a sissy princess-boy could ever wish for. 'Penelope' ran into her mommy's arms, kissed her exclaiming,
"Thank you mommy for the best birthday ever!"
