Can Muslims kiss before marriage

Islam does not allow any sort of pre-marital relation, whether they relate to kissing, hugging or even touching. Men and women are not to be mingled. They have to be protected as this can be very strong for human psychology and premarital relationships can have an adverse affect on the marriage life of both genders.
