My Penis Enlargement journey so far

Started PE in late April 2024.
My beginning erect BPEL was 6"
The erect girth was 4½"

I started be doing the Angion Method to increase erection quality. (EQ)
Doing so I immediately saw improved blood flow and visible expansion/growth of the veins on my cock.
I started by performing the Angion Method 1 (AM) for 5-15 minutes. One day on one day off.
After two weeks I incorporated AM2. Two weeks after that, AM3.
This is when my erections became much harder, and when I became aroused I was 100% firm in just a few seconds.
Then I started doing the AM SABRE technique and this is when everything intensified. It was the icing on the cake so to speak.
I purchased a bathmate hydromax7 and started pumping almost each day.
Somedays with water and some with air.
