Have any of you had issues with birth control implants? Not just implant site redness or inflammation. I’m talking about issues in other areas that might be more serious. I’m only asking because I recently had a new set of implants inserted and not long after, I had some health issues arise. My doctors believe it might be linked to the new implants. So they recommended that I have them removed temporarily to see how it affects my health. Then, when I tried them a second time, everything was fine and I’ve been using them ever since, until now.
My doctor said to just use condoms for the time being. (Ha! Yeah, right!)
