So i was born on the 3rd of March 1981 in Hohne Garrison, Bergen in Germany at the height of the cold war, my father was an army officer and mu mother was retired R.A.F officer, she gave up her commission when my i was born.
So we moved around a lot, i was the only kid born in Germany, so i had a younger brother by 18 months and a younger sister 3 years younger.
My school days were at schools in England, i went to a local primary near to Camberley and then to a local secondary school and college, University was Durham.
While at Un ii joined the officer cadets, and realised this was the career i wanted, i was always keen on sports enjoying running, swimming and tennis, i was a shy girl and always did well in classes, never getting less than a B in my grades.
