User Blocking Feature

The user blocking feature is good to have when rarely needed, however when a user is blocked the site should confirm by asking "Are you sure you want to block this user". It's too easy to accidentally block someone on this site which can instantly ruin a friendship because of the other person thinking you blocked them on purpose, then blocking you in return.
