Ladies, start doing this...

Okay, so this isn't my first rodeo on here. Being on here for many years has taught me that there are a ton of shady and problematic members who will do everything in their power to try to lie, be insanely rude, retaliate, accuse, judge, delete comments, troll, cover-up testimony/feedback and so on. I have learned the hard way through a trial and error process just how to leave a peanut trail of proof and records behind, as to serve me I̲F̲ members become issues with me. Here's my suggestions from that experience in which I truly hope will help and benefit other females on here...

L̲e̲s̲s̲o̲n̲ ̲1̲.̲ ̲C̲o̲m̲p̲o̲s̲e̲ ̲s̲c̲r̲e̲e̲n̲ ̲n̲a̲m̲e̲s̲ ̲t̲o̲ ̲y̲o̲u̲r̲ ̲f̲i̲r̲s̲t̲ ̲r̲e̲p̲l̲y̲ ̲m̲e̲s̲s̲a̲g̲e̲s̲.̲

If someone contacts you in a PM (and you're willing to respond back to them), then I'd highly suggest you to address each and every member's profile name at the top of your response.

Example: Say something like this... : @ JohnDoe (i.e.: their screen name); then on the next line continue to compose your message as you ordinarily had intended to.

You might ask why do this? Because far too often, when problematic people head your way and ultimately find themselves knee-deep in issues that they've created with you, their ego's go into overdrive and they'll begin acting !mmature, lying, retaliating, starting rumors, etc... . This goes on for a while and many times these members will get burned out and will just close their accounts altogether (I see this occur several times weekly). What this means is that when a member closes their account, you'll be left with messages in your inbox and you'll have absolutely no recollection or history linked to who that member actually was when one day you go to your inbox and see: "User deleted" and "Chat with User deleted". By composing a screen name (e.g.: @ JohnDoe) at the top of that first reply message, you'll then be assured that you know which member that actually was and the conversations you've had with that particular member I̲F̲ any such member should close their account.

You still might be questioning why this is of importance? After all, if a member closes their account, they are gone from the site, right? Well...not necessarily so! I have seen many times when someone finds themselves in a losing battle, closes their account and then resurfaces at a later time with a new account which you piece together through similarities and clues, which then render those messages from the closed account member to be of vital importance on record. Leave a peanut trail! Add a screen name on top of every new message of the person you're replying to. Trust me on this one. This is experience talking.

L̲e̲s̲s̲o̲n̲ ̲2̲.̲ ̲P̲r̲o̲f̲i̲l̲e̲ ̲w̲a̲l̲l̲ ̲c̲o̲m̲m̲e̲n̲t̲s̲.̲

If you receive some sort of negatively-driven profile wall comments or hate speech of sorts that are intended to purposely disrespect you, falsely accuse you of something, lie, etc... then what I have gotten in the habit of doing is copying who that member's screen name is and their quoted comment that is directed at you, then pasting it into the reply box of that comment that you leave.

Example: John Doe might comment on your wall, saying: "This b**ch needs help." (they go on lying and acting completely !mmature, trolling, etc...).

So what you do is this...quote their comment... Example: "This b**ch needs help. (and everything else they said)" at the top of your reply. Then leave a space and post your reply under that comment.

Again, you might ask why not just directly reply to the comment without quoting that member. Here's why... Far too often, these same members will then try to backpedal and delete their comments from your wall. What that means is that you're then left with a reply on your wall that none of your peers know who you are addressing, nor the history behind it, nor your reason for anything you have said. Don't leave your peers in suspense! Leave a peanut trail behind! That way, when these members go to delete their root comment(s) from your wall, what will still be left behind is:
A. Their screen name.
B. Their rude remarks that's linked to them.
C. A transparent two-sided conversational history that your peers will understand from both parties involved.

This means, screenshot comments that you receive (PM's, wall comments, comment sections to other people's wall, member profiles, etc...). This also means copy/paste things into some sort of digital notepad and save all records and history. It's sad to say, but this is what things have become in the year 2026, when you MUST save everything to back you up in such cases to prove your very own i n n o c e n c e when the time arises (and I assure you, there is no shortage of these examples I deal with on a daily and weekly basis). SAVE EVERYTHING!!!! Including copied backups of your blogs, for that matter.

Trust me, you won't ever want to give problematic members the full advantage or upper hand at lying, spreading rumors, retaliating, acting rude or having them get away with deleting/hiding valuable feedback/testimony. Preserve the history and use these tips to YOUR advantage by leaving a peanut trail linked to EVERYTHING you do, when it comes to interactions. When the time arises, pull out the history you've saved and defeat the idiots with the provided proof that'll either shut them down O̲R̲ will simply destroy their reputation instantly to the community of females who read things and/or cross-compare the supplied proof.

I truly hope this helps you ladies. Stay diligent!
