A New Year Resolution for you

I recently read that it's harder for a man to 'admit' to his friends that he fancies fat women than it is for a gay man to come out to his friends

This statement certainly seems true in my experience . I have been single for longer than I care to admit to I know in part that the problem stems from men not wanting to even get to know me because of my size.
The media plays a big part in this , popular culture too - Fat people are often the person who is picked on in tv and films, or ridiculed, or considered ugly.

I could go on .

I'm not ugly (perhaps the fellas from xham who have seen my face might agree?) I'm kind,reasonably clever, interesting, excellent company. Yet on dating sites I hardly ever get emailed and almost never get asked out.

However, on this site I am pretty overwhelmed by men interested in shagging me – and I was astonished to see how much BBW porn there was with so many men really into it .

So my question is,

Really ? Would it be so hard to have a fat girlfriend , someone who you actually really quite fancy instead of the girl who is slim but doesn't really rock your world .


Perhaps your New Years resolution could be ' to hell with what my mates think' and perhaps you could ask that girl you know (the chubby/ fat one who you think about) out on a date. She's probably pretty cool, you know you're going to fancy her …. and she might just be the girl for you.


As for me.... Well I do live in hope that one day some lovely man on those dating sites will see that I'm beautiful and actually ask me on a date .


P.s I'd quickly like to make a comment ( although I expect no gay man would ever come view my page ) I suspect hardly any men have been discriminated against for fancying fat women as much as; or in the way that gay men have and still do get discriminated against for fancying other men.
