Emails

I got this really hot email a couple of weeks ago from a user, had to reply to it and after typing something really steamy back found out that she doesn't allow private messages to be sent to her. Then I saw no comments possible, in fact it just wasn't possible to reply in any way. So why would someone send such a hot message then not want to hear back?
