Delayed replies of females

I have tried to chat with females of all ages, countries and cultures and unable to understand the face that when we send a message to them they will reply in minimum one hour and in that time we are offline. Why do they reply so late?
are they over occupied or they think we are not at all occupied and free to remain online 24/7?
