Mike's Blog 15: Pet Girls part 2
Welcome back to part 2.
Before I start with the pets themselves, I'd like to cover a few general things that only apply to pets rather than slaves and pets.
First, let's talk about intensity. It depends on both the pets and masters preferences and is usually agreed on beforehand. With intensity I mean both the general treatment as well as punishments. Pet play can be quite intensive and in some cases it can go as far as the pet eating a****l food. Although it is pretty rare. Usually it extends only so far that it includes how the pet behaves, meaning walking on all fours, barking, purring, sleeping on the floor... The list is long.
In that regard let me mention that the treatment of "part time" pets is often a lot harsher than "full time" pets who live with their master. Why? Let me explain it based on Ashley and Melissa. Ashley is living with us for well over nine years now. You can't have someone crawl on all fours for that long. So she of course walks upright and only crawls if she's told to do so by my wife. sleeping on the floor is the same problem. It's fine for a weekend, but for such a long time it's not possible. Or at the very least a bad idea.
That doesn't mean she's not fully immersed in her role as pet, but she can't behave like one over such a long time. But with "part time" pets is a different story. They only see their masters for a weekend at a time and during that time they usually behave as if they were the a****l they chose to represent. They only bark and growl or meow and purr during that time, shedding their human self the second they have their collar put on them.
Secondly, the collar. I've brazed over it as a proof of ownership previously, but let's take a deeper look, because it holds a very special meaning to every pet. A collar can be both received and given by a pet. I think the meaning of a pet receiving a collar is fairly obvious, but still in order to be complete: after a pet and a master have spent some time with each other and agree to deepen their relationship, the master hands the pet a collar. If, and only if, the pet accepts it, their relationship is formally agreed on by both sides.
The pet giving a collar on the other hand might seem like an odd concept at first, but it holds a very deep meaning. A pets collar is her most valuable possession and is linked to one person. Meaning only one person is allowed to put it on her or remove it. But a pet can have several collars, each linked to a different master. Those "secondary collars" are not received in the fashion mentioned above, but given to the master by the pet, usually with permission of the primary master. That sounds very technical, so let me try to explain it using Ashley as an example again. Melissa is Ashley's primary mistress. And up until recently her only mistress, but a little while ago Ashley decided to choose an additional mistress.
After receiving the secondary collar that lucky lady becomes her secondary mistress whom Ashley will obey, as long as her primary mistress has no objections and is not playing with her at the moment. If forced to choose, Ashley will always obey Melissa first.
That was a lot "mistress" for two sentences...
And now, on to the pets themselves. I won't cover every conceivable a****l though, but only the groups. Otherwise, I'd write a book.
House a****ls (cats, dogs, etc.)
The most common type of pets. And there's not all that much to say about them. They seek closeness and trust to their master/mistress and are usually very thankful for every kind of "nice" treatment, such as cuddling, massages out just attention.
Farm a****ls (Pony, horse, cow...)
This is where pet play gets a little more elaborate. Especially pony and horse play, because they require specialized clothing and equipment. For example, they often wear boots that force them to walk on their toes and that look like hooves. Also, they undergo the same training as a horse/pony would, meaning pulling carts, circular training and so on. Cows don't need that kind of training, but they do need their own kind of attention. Milking them. Therefore cow pets are almost exclusively women.
Furrys
Not really a pet, but where else do I get the chance to talk about them? A furry is often mistaken for some sort of mascot on the loose, because that's what they look like. Normally they are not into pet play but just a****l roleplay. They wear a full body suit representing the a****l they chose to be, which can cost several hundreds of dollars. I can't tell you what drives them though, because i've only met one once and he/she was so much at the center of attention that I couldn't talk to him/her whatsoever.
Exceptions to the rule
I know I said that pets are always fully immersed in their role and I maintain that to be true, but of course there are some cases that differ. I've met a woman recently who is dominant in her relationship, yet once or twice a year she dresses up as a pony and likes to be trained by her partner.
That only goes to show that, as usual, there are many grey zones involved and you can't just "label" ever pet.
That's about all I have to say about the topic, I hope you enjoyed it and like always i'm looking forward to your comments
