That's like asking if all black girls have big asses. No, it just seems like it. First off, I'm defining "big" as anything above average (basically, anything over 6.5 inches). 8 inches isn't average, 6.5 inches isn't small, and any measurement lower than that will be considered below average. If it isn't big enough to sell as an adult toy, it isn't big enough to be discussed.
Now, onto the subject of black dicks. Don't let porn influence your thinking on black men and their member. Porn is just as hyper-exaggerated as pro wrestling. Not every black person has a huge dick. Yes, it is fun that white girls are convinced of such and might want to fuck after a few drinks. But since we are attempting to have a more controlled and mature conversation, I would tell you not to believe the hype.

Yes ladies, you might take a black dude home expecting something big only to get something average. Growing up, black guys deal with blood flow the same way white, Latino, and Asian men do. Some black guys get lucky and get to rock something over 8 inches. Others do not.
I'm actually a case of a black guy that didn't always have a big dick. I went through my college years with 6 inches. After starting a consistent penile exercise regime, I'm up to 8 inches with 5.75 inches in girth diameter.
Maybe the exercises brought out my true size potential, I don't know. But I was a case of a black dude that would disappoint if you were expecting something bigger.
