This is where I talk about the disclaimers that are on 2/3 of the profiles on here, especially the ones with content. Like this post, for example - it's content. It consists of my original thoughts and analysis of something, thus it is my "intellectual property". But "who" am I? Is "tgshawna" a legal entity such that I can legally object to the apparently willful and wanton downloading of my content and reposting all over the darkest reaches of the ".com" world?
I highly doubt it. And the same goes for the rest of you, at least under US intellectual property law, as well the concept of "privacy". "Invasion of privacy" does not apply to what you post to this website. I can't speak for the rest of the UN countries, but I am going to guess that nowhere is an individual's "right to privacy" protected in a non-HTTPS domain, where the majority of individuals are posting anonymously, or under assumed names. It for sure is not the case in the US. As well, this website is public, except to the extent that you limit viewing of your content to "friends" or password-protect it. Even then, you're not protected from anyone to whom you grant such privilige bogarting your stuff and reposting it all over the web. Bottom line is you put it on a public website, so your expectation of privacy in the content is extremely limited.
But wait! you say... I included all these disclaimers:

Especially the last two!! We "agreed" by becoming friends that my stuff wouldn't get dumped all over the web... Sorry. Not going to work. Closest legal theory is that of a contract, but in this case, the contract is invalid for not meeting the legal requirements of such a legal instrument (no meeting of the minds, not on paper, not signed by both parties, and lacking "consideration"). Again - you put it up, so you can expect to find it just about anywhere. And there is little to nothing you can do to stop it, literally, unless it was hacked or stolen from your device and maliciously posted without your knowledge (i.e. - your dick of an ex-BF, or cunt of an ex-GF... or whomever, stole it and posted it maliciously). There are cases where those who did this have been successfully prosecuted and/or sued. Otherwise, bottom line, the second it went up, even if you deleted it one second later, was long enough for it to be downloaded by a virtually unlimited number of people.
So, anyway, a big thanks to all of you who have downloaded and reposted me all over the internet. I got a rise from Googling "tgshawna" and finding myself getting off and sucking cock on page after page of Google results, lol. Does that mean I want you to keep doing it? Well...
