Thinking about marriage
A question to anyone who is listening,
I have a friend who says she wants to marry me, I have a lot of reservations about it but we dated for almost 5 years and now with two c***dren and separated, living in two different counties she claims we should get married, we do not have the same level of sexual arousal, she is very cold and dispassionate while I am more spontaneous and energetic. But the main reason I am hesitant is not the physical but the many differences that we have, like music or where to go out and have fun, there is no question about her loving me or her caring for our c***dren but when two people go days without even talking is that a good start for a marriage. My question is should I stop putting it off and get married or go with my gut and say lets just end this as friends I want someone who compliments me not someone who I have to talk into performing with and for me has anyone had a similar situation and what advice can you give me?
