What we learned NFL week 1

The answer to the above question is nothing !!! Week 1 in the NFL is the worst when it comes to overreactions and grand statements !! Fans and media of winning teams go on and on about how their respective squad is the team to beat now & losing teams take on the sky is falling attitude and that their team now needs to fire the coach & the GM and start preparing for next May's draft. They are both wrong lol not saying there aren't a few items to take away from what we saw over the past couple of days, but the Patriots are still good, the Cowboys are still mediocre at best, and Payton Manning still has an out of proportion forehead !! Other takeaways are as follows :

1.) 300 Rise of a Quarterback
This year 10 QB's threw for 300yds on opening day, last year we a dozen.. a trend that will continue to rise with the rule changes in place to ensure the safety of QB's and more offense.

2.) We must protect this house !!
Home teams won 10 of the first 16 matchups the most since 2011.. The best example of this from week one was Mr.Buchen and the rest of grey hoody clan melting in the Florida sun in the second half against the fighting tunas.

3.)At first you don't succeed let's just not get it right
Ahh yes the zebras themselves are in early season form, throwing around enough hankys to resemble the floor @ a bad porno theater ( please no questions as to how I know what that looks like please ) I can only assume we have cleaner play to look forward to in week 2.
