In need of help!!

I have trouble last long while having raw sex(no condom) I've tried not focusing on what I'm actuay doing but that doesn't work. I've done the jack the first load out before and that sometimes helps but that's not good enough any more. I want to last long from first contact, and also I have no problem lasting while recieving oral for a long period of time which I find interesting. Do any of you have any pointers or techniques I can use to help with this proble
