This weekend... here we go.
A thought I've flirted with is to chronicle a few experiences online.
My lady and I have discussed exploring some more after a bit of a hiatus. We are both pretty open minded and have enjoyed a few things in the past with others, but we took some time off both because life got busy and because finding someone worth adding isn't always easy (or possible).
Recently, the topic has returned heavily and nearly at the same time that I started contributing in this forum we also started looking. We aren't dead set on it, which means a few things for us.
We have high standards, and not just anyone will do. We play safely, so we show caution and are selective about who we add to our mix. We are interested in chemistry, which is needed for a fulfilling experience. This can't be forced or rushed. We also prefer to find someone that we can see on a regular basis (more than a few times) and have things click. We have rules and agreements between us about boundaries, rules of engagement if you will, and how we would like things to go down. We both have to be on board with someone we are interested in. There are also not great options for finding people inclined to join us (that aren't completely sketchy).
We posted a few "feelers" on a site or two. And we had several replies, most of which had nothing to do with what we were seeking, were one sentence responses (which we deleted without considering) and other that just didn't intrigue either of us. We felt that two were serious and so we had exchanges with them over different amounts of time. One of which, we are excited that has moved to meeting this weekend for drinks and a face to face conversation. This is the time that we can see if there is legitimate attraction, chemistry, the opportunity for respect, and a possibly a more intimate conversation about what we seek, what our rules are and what he seeks as well. so....
Saturday evening, we are meeting for a bit with "Greg" who found us via a certain website. He is 31 years old, a young professional, educated, seems to be in good shape, and has a healthy respect for being with a couple. He happens to be black as well, which is something we are both interested in as it offers a bit more variety to our sexual fun. If this post, and those that follow, get enough feedback I will continue to chronicle what we get into. Here's to this exciting start...
