Tips for fellow uploaders
Most of you will know these already, but I thought I would put together a list of things which i think are important when you upload a video.
Choosing the video
You can of course upload anything you like. Just try to make sure that it is not a repost of somethin already in the site. This is extremely hard since the site is vast, but still you should make an effort.
Keep in mind that any kind of watermark is a big no no. Other than the most common form where the studio name is displayed in all the frames, watermarks are at times only shown at the beginning or end of the clip. The clip intro might also include a full screen image of the clip + studio name. All these need to be avoided in the videos you upload.
The watermark problem can be avoided in a couple of ways. Either avoid uploading videos with watermark or edit the video to remove the watermark. I use Anyvideoconverter and avidemux to edit my videos. Both these software are intuitive. You can PM me if you have any doubts and I'll try to help.
Codec
The video you upload should be in a format that is supported by xhamster converter. The complete list of codec is given here - http://xhamster.com/codecs.php
In short pretty much all popular formats are supported with the exception of mkv files.
I am a noob at this, but from practice I have found that using the codec x264 with a bit rate of 4000 and frame rate of 25-30 yields good results for HD videos. Any video converter does have this option. Maybe someone else can elaborate on this topic.

While choosing the bitrate, please note that giving a higher bitrate than the parent file is not going to improve the quality at all. Keep that in mind.
So for HD videos, my earlier comment assumed that the original file has a bitrate higher than 4000kbps (kilo bits not bytes)
That is all I can think of for now. I'll add more if I think of anything.
