It's a fictional email from a veteran Porn Producer to a newbie producer, explaining how the industry recruits, manipulates and corrupts innocent college co-eds to become depraved Porn Whores and in the process ruin their lives.
PornFree thinks it reveals the "ugly, cynical truth" about Porn.
I think it's HOT AS FUCK.

"We are big on recruiting on college campuses. Most of the girls are so broke living away from home for the first time that they will jump at the money instantly.
"I’ll let you in on an industry secret: the key to recruiting is glamour. Make sure that the girls understand that they can make more money in a day working for you than they could working at their regular job in two weeks. Make sure that they see the lifestyle we sell. These chicks need to picture themselves living their dream.
"Also, obviously don’t forget to tell them how beautiful and sexy they are. Tell them that their big tits or nice ass are going to make them a lot of money. They love that. They’ll think that they actually have something special.
"It is just inevitable that you are going to get girls who cry during shoots. Especially the newbies. Teach them that they had to detach themselves from the sex in order to be successful. This isn’t the love industry, this is the FLESH business.
"At some point, some of those girls are going to come back to you a couple of years later to demand that you remove their videos off our site. Don’t even worry. Once we Porn Pigs have used them up and sucked them dry, they can cry about what a huge mistake they made getting into porn and how they've ruined their lives forever. By then, we've forgotten all about them and have happily moved on to the newest batch of young, innocent whores to blow load after load after load to. It's an endless cycle, one in which WE are always on top and in control.
