Movies Pt 2 (& books)
1. Eurotika! (1999)
"Eurotika" is a wordplay of Euro and Erotica. It's a great documentary from Pete Tombs, author of the non-fiction book "Immoral Tales: European Sex & Horror Movies 1956-1984".
The documentary consists of 12 episodes, with total length of six hours. The first chapter is dedicated to French director Jean Rollin, the second - to Spanish Jesus Franco; the others are about Jose Larraz, Jose Benazeraf, Max Pecas, Mario Bava and Michael Reeves. There's an episode with insider information about production company behind some of these director's films, and a chapter about French erotic cinema as a whole.
Pete Tombs is also the author of the book "Mondo Macabro" and the documentary with the same name, which cover erotic, horror or just weird movies from poor parts of the Earth, like Argentina, Mexico, Turkey, Indonesia, Philippines; as a bonus there's an episode about Japanese erotic movies.

2. Matka Joanna od Aniołów (1961)
This is a film adaptation of a 1943 novel by Polish writer Jarosław Iwaszkiewicz. The movie surpassed both "The Exorcist" by William Fridkin and "The Devils" by Ken Russel, as well as the whole nunsploitation genre.
I want you to recall Poland was a communist country, so this is one of a very few horror/semi-erotic films that were shown in the Soviet Union.
3. Goddess Remembered (1989)
Another documentary. It covers the themes of ancient matriarchal religions and features some notable persons from the US who make effort to review its place in our cultural ancestry and even to recreate it. Among these persons are Merlin Stone, author of "When God Was a Woman" and Miriam "Starhawk" Simos, author of "The Spiral Dance".
I can't say the documentary is interesting in itself, but it would be interesting to those who already into the question. It's well-done and serves as a visual addition to all these ideas. "We've got a video now, not just the texts".

4. Jûsan-nin renzoku bôkôma (1978)
A very minimalist Japanese movie about a rap-st. He's just walking around the street and r-pe women.
5. Adore (2013)
The plot of this movie is pretty closely following a typical MILF video. It's so far the best of what I've seen about all the older/younger thing, although I don't intend to praise it. The main dignity of the movie is that it's dumb simple. "Notes on Scandal" or "Young Adam" or, even worse, the film adaptation of "Ma mere" are twice as boring.
Starring Naomi Watts and Robin Wright. The film's director is a woman by the way.
