What does a guy have to do to get a coversation go

I have met a few really great women on here so far, but it has been an immense struggle getting an initial response from anyone when I try to say hello and introduce myself. I realize that you wonderful ladies out there, must get inundated with messages and invitations, and not all of them as polite as others. I do hope my perseverance pays off in time and would always appreciate a quick reply to let me know you have read my messages at least. I understand that we all have our preferences in who we are interested in meeting or chatting to, and will happily accept if I am not to your tastes and let you continue to enjoy your time on here in peace.
I would love any feedback, or comments about my profile and pics if you have any to share, and look forward to hearing them some time.
