Heightened senses - quick thinking

So here I was sorta cruising on the old TransCanada, pulling off at the old truck stop in Freddy Beach. There was a transport stopped there with its lights off, looking like the driver was in his sleeper; but just the same I was checking it out. My vehicle stopped along the side of the pull off just in front of his. I get out. Looking around, into some low bushes, slowly getting ready to jerk one out for his benefit, like I said senses heightened. All of a sudden I saw a car with a bright search light, checking out the woods along the highway. Fuck; I'm outta there. Now standing along side my vehicle, with my smart phone out in a flash. So what, that it was lighting up to some porn. As the young cute cop drives slowly by, he gives me the thumbs up for not driving while on my phone. Thumbs up for quick thinking and not driving while distracted........
