My Waiting Videos

It's hard to upload videos specially if you have slow internet connection. My problem is when I upload a video and after a while it's converted to xhamster format, it will be deleted few hours later. For example: I uploaded an hour long movie about 1.25 gb, I saw that xhamster converted it and then the next day I saw it deleted with no explanation whatsoever. Am I doing something wrong? Are there anybody else who experience this, if so, can you tell me what to do? Because this deletion thing without explanation is getting really annoying.
