Well I managed to graduate to the largest size in my Pratt sounding rods, 43fr, which should be right at about 14mm. That doesn't seem right, but if you look at the picture I have of my dilators, you'll see that it's a fatty. I've seen bigger ones, but that's where I intend to stop.
