This is Mariah again :). Have you had a chance to go through the Female Orgasm book yet?
Have you maybe tried to assess what types of orgasm it is, that you or your partner is experiencing? It's a nice mental framework, isn't it?
But that's all it is. By defining those 8 female orgasms, all I did is splitting the cake of female pleasure into 8 pieces, and gave them names. Of course this (tasty) cake can be split in any way you want.
And also the term orgasm is waiting to be redefined and expanded. But step by step.
By the way, while the book is dedicated to female orgasm, the male orgasm is equally important, and in my opinion also equally complex. So I dedicate my teachings also to the male orgasm. But again, step by step.
Today I'd like to share a bit about my story. How I liberated my own orgasms, and why found this so life changing that I made it my mission for this planet.
My journey of liberation is can literally be described as going from frigidity to ecstasy.
It wasn't a sudden shift or an overnight thing, it took me a few years and dedicated practice. And I'm still in the process of making my life more and more ecstatic.
One practice stands out, for me and for other's on this path, and it's responsible for the largest part of my own transformation. It's called Yoni Massage.
If you haven't heard of it before, Yoni is a Sanskrit word and means holy temple, and in this context can be translated with: vagina. That combined with the word "massage" gives a bit of an understanding what it is about, doesn't it?
There is a bit more to it than this, but for now, "vaginal massage" works for a basic understanding.
I have liberated my orgasms through that very practice. And it also brought my partner on the journey of going deeper.
When I personally stumbled on Yoni Massage, back when I was starting to live in a Tantric community on a tropical island, I felt a bit awkward about the bare thought of getting a dedicated massage in my most private parts - my vagina.
Anyhow I felt a strong urge and curiosity to try it out anyways (simply not letting the shame part influence my actions). At that time I was on low battery, had no desire whatsoever. I would have described my Yoni as a numb, uninteresting part of my body.
So no question that my sex life in general was far from spectacular. I would fake my orgasm. I would do it for him, not for me. I would do things for his pleasure, not for mine. I thought sex was boring at the time and I could easily have lived without it.
When I received my first Yoni Massage I realized what I had overseen. I realized that my mind was in a disconnect to my body and that I would focus my mind on my partner instead of my body.
