Painting Naked
I love being naked. Almost from the time I could walk my mom would let me run around the backyard naked. It was so normal that I would sometimes spend most of day out back undressed. When I was about 5 I think one of the neighbors complained because my mom told me I couldn't do it anymore.
Often in the summer my mom used to take me swimming at a public pool. I always went in the women's changing room with her because I was too young to go in the men's changing room alone. I remember seeing lots of women and girls changing in and out of swimsuits and taking showers. Even at that age I was very interested in women's bodies.
Later we moved to a farm and part of the property was wooded along a river. When I could sneak away I would lay out in the sun and swim naked there. When I went away to college my part-time nudist activities came to a close.
Now I am naked whenever I can be but it doesn't happen very much. My wife is very modest and insecure about her body so she doesn't join me but she doesn't mind it if I'm naked as long as no one else is home.
Yesterday we were painting a spare bedroom. I had been at a meeting and had nice clothes on so I told her I was going to change before we started. She said she was surprised that I didn't do it naked. I took that as a challenge, took off my clothes and got to work. I spent about 8 hours naked climbing up and down a ladder with nothing on but my shoes. I think, other than sleeping naked (and I don't do that consistently because she complains about it) it was the longest time I have spent naked and the first time I have done something other than flashing people online and eventually masturbating.
I certainly was comfortable and a lot cooler on a warm day with a fan blowing over my entire body. I am going to continue doing "normal" activities naked whenever I can from now on. I am also working on losing weight so I will be more comfortable with other naked people. There is a clothing optional beach nearby and I would like to go there and maybe find some other social opportunities to be naked.
