Obedience encouragement

in the evening my wife talked about my obedience. She suggested a wooden box, fitting for me, for me to enter everytime a lack of obedience apears. this morning i tried the box for myself, to know what she is talking about. it is nearly impossible to move inside. i expect a mental effect.
